By default, if you want to adjust system volume, you need to move your mouse to system tray area and click volume icon, and then drag the slider.Now, there is an easy way to do this, just hold the <Alt> key and scroll the mouse wheel, the system volume will be adjusted like this:

It is very easy to use, and I think the default setting is good.Just extract all files from the downloaded package to a folder and run volumouse.exe.
Close the main window will put an icon into system tray, to exit it really, just right-click the icon and click 'Exit Completely' menu item.
I think you may hope it can start automatically, this program provides you with this option also, just check the following option on the main interface:
