Keyndicate is portable keyboard assistant, it can display CapsLock, NumLock and ScrollLock states (pressed or unpressed) visually in a system tray icon. When you switch the state of these keys, it will give you a bubble tip in system tray area, and the system tray icon will change also.
Besides, it provides you with the state locking feature for above keys.
