This source code is written by VB 2008, it is pure .NET code without any third party component or library.
If you can not open the project in your VS IDE version, please open "HTMLEditor.vb" file in a text editor to get reference.
This is non-free source code, you can see it because you have purchased this code.

# License Agreement

If you are an individual developer or want to use it to develop your own applications, you should purchase the "for Individual Developer" license, else you must purchase the "for Team/Company" license.
After purchased, you can completely or partly use it in your applications (commercial and free both) on any computer, and you can change it as you like.
You can NOT sell/resell this code.
You can NOT share the full code to anyone (for Individual Developer) or any other people that is not your team/company member.
You can ONLY use it in your own applications (for Individual Developer) or your team/company's applications (for Team/Company).
